Fountain Havens Limited designs, builds and hands over its own residential developments across Lagos. There is no chain of contractors between a drawing and a set of keys.
We are an independent real estate brand committed to changing the luxury living landscape in Lagos, creating diversity through ultra-modern house types designed and executed by professionals who weigh stability, functionality, aesthetics, buildability, quality, time and cost against each other rather than trading one away for another.
In practice that independence is the product. When the team that draws the building is the team that hands it over, there is nobody to pass a delay or a substitution on to. It is why our completion record is the first thing we put in front of a buyer, and why the testimonial we are proudest of is about timing rather than finish.
We build across Ikoyi, Banana Island, Victoria Island, Lekki Phase 1 and Abuja, five addresses with genuinely different value profiles, which lets us serve a first-time investor and a Banana Island family from the same portfolio.

How we work

Buildability
Designs are stress-tested against what can actually be built in Lagos, material availability, site access, power, drainage, before a foundation is poured. A drawing that cannot be built on schedule is not a design, it is a liability.

Delivery
Nine developments completed in eight years. Handover dates are commitments, not projections, and the payment structure is agreed in writing before any funds move.

Longevity
Specification is chosen for how a home performs in its twentieth year, not how it photographs in its first. That governs everything from waterproofing to the switchgear behind the wall.
